Two Palestinian Resistance fighters were martyred after engaging in armed clashes with Israeli occupation forces near the Salem military checkpoint close to the Rumanah junction west of Jenin.
The martyrs were identified as Mustafa Sultan Abed (22) and Ahmed Mohammed Shawahna (21), with two others sustaining injuries during the skirmish.

Local National and Islamic groups mourned the loss of the fighters through mosque announcements and loudspeakers in their respective towns.

Recent reports include the shooting of Palestinian teenager Khaled Arqawi in Ramallah and the detention of a pregnant woman during raids.
Israeli occupation forces also conducted multiple raids in towns like Azzun and Jayus, and arrested brothers Ayman and Anas Saber al-Zaru in al-Khalil city.
