TEHRAN, February 24 (MNA) – The Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has strongly criticized the US for vetoing a UN resolution demanding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip once again.Referring to the revelation of the West's claims about human rights, the Leader said, "The Westerners, who are making a fuss about the execution of a criminal, have turned a blind eye to the killing of 30,000 innocent people in Gaza, and the United States has brazenly vetoed the resolution to stop bombing Gaza for the umpteenth time." Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with the organizers of the congress of 24,000 Khuzestan martyrs on Saturday morning.
