Yemeni President 'Al-Mashat' Sends Strong Message to Trump, Hints at Major Surprise
Al-Mashat directed a blunt message to Trump, "You and your father can never stop us from standing with Gaza, no matter what." He emphasized that Yemen, as a nation rooted in faith and resistance
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - President Mahdi Al-Mashat, the leader of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, delivered a stern warning to former U.S. President Donald Trump and the American government. The Yemeni leader emphasized that his nation would continue to oppose U.S. foreign policy, particularly its support for Israeli aggression against Gaza.
Al-Mashat’s Bold Rejection of U.S. Interference in Yemen
During a meeting with military and security leaders, President Al-Mashat expressed that Yemen had successfully thwarted all American attempts to weaken its resolve.
He accused Trump of bringing shame to the U.S. and argued that the American interventions in Yemen and support for Israeli crimes in Gaza were detrimental not only to the Middle East but to the credibility of the United States on the world stage.
"You Will Never Silence Us," Al-Mashat Warns Trump
Al-Mashat directed a blunt message to Trump: “You and your father can never stop us from standing with Gaza, no matter what.” He emphasized that Yemen, as a nation rooted in faith and resistance, would never back down from its moral, ethical, and humanitarian commitment to the Palestinian cause, regardless of external pressures.
He further challenged Trump’s stance by recalling a moment when a single gunshot from Trump’s forces caused panic, while Yemen’s women stood resilient after enduring five airstrikes from American-led bombardments.
This sharp contrast, according to Al-Mashat, underscores the difference in character and resolve between the American administration and the people of Yemen.
Yemen’s Unwavering Support for Gaza and Palestinian Resistance
President Al-Mashat reiterated Yemen's firm and unwavering support for Gaza, rejecting any form of disarmament or peace initiative that would compromise Palestinian rights.
He criticized the Arab world’s failure to act decisively in defense of Gaza, and in a pointed remark, referred to this as "unprecedented Arab betrayal," even implying that some Arab states had crossed into complicity with Israeli crimes.
America's Lost Credibility: Al-Mashat's Reproach to the U.S. Government
The Yemeni leader strongly stated that America had failed to achieve anything in Yemen, citing how Trump’s reckless policies had only led to the deaths of civilians and the tarnishing of America’s global reputation. Al-Mashat made it clear that the U.S. had not succeeded in breaking Yemen’s spirit or weakening its defenses, despite attempts to target civilians and vital infrastructure.
In his address, Al-Mashat also warned that Trump’s presidency was not a guarantee of safety from retribution for his actions. He declared, "Trump will be held accountable for all the crimes against civilians and civilian infrastructure, regardless of whether he remains in office or not."
Defiance in the Face of American and Israeli Aggression
President Al-Mashat stressed that Yemen would not be intimidated by American threats or Israeli oppression. His government, he said, would continue to defend the Palestinian people and stand against those who seek to oppress and eliminate them.
He underscored that the U.S. and Israel’s attempts to isolate and crush the Palestinian people would be met with resistance, not just from Yemen, but from the entire axis of resistance.
Al-Mashat warned America that Yemen would retaliate against its actions. He also addressed the attempts to involve Arab states in this conflict, saying that Yemen would not tolerate any nation joining the U.S. or Israel’s side in this fight against the Palestinian cause. He reiterated, “No one should join this battle on the side of the Israeli enemy, for they will face disgrace and defeat.”
A Major Surprise in the Making
In a tone laced with confidence and defiance, President Mahdi Al-Mashat hinted at a looming surprise that could shake the course of the current confrontation. He stated:
“Before every victory, there comes a tremor, so that God may separate the wicked from the pure — and the victory will come after this pure garment is refined in a way that befits triumph.”
The Yemeni leader further declared:
“We are approaching a great victory. And to those tempted by Satan, I say: hold firmly to honor — this is the quake before the triumph, the quake before the conquest.”
He described this moment as a critical phase, one that will test loyalty and reveal traitors. Al-Mashat called on tribal communities to sign honor pacts against betrayal, underscoring the seriousness of the current stage. He concluded with a solemn warning:
“We are ready for all scenarios, and our armed forces are monitoring all movements. We possess every element of strength — the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, the unity of the people, and the justice of our cause.” (PW)
