Yemen Announces Major Spy Network Arrest Linked to CIA, Mossad, Saudi Intelligence
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Yemen’s Ministry of Interior announced the successful conclusion of a multi-phase precision security operation that resulted in the arrest of a spy network belonging to a joint operations room between the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Israel’s Mossad, and Saudi intelligence.
The ministry added that the network’s headquarters were located on Saudi soil.
The ministry described the operation, named “Wamakr Aulā’ika Huwā Yabūr” (“And the plotting of those — it is doomed to fail”), as a qualitative security achievement realized after thorough investigation, surveillance and follow-up work that exposed enemy plots, the methods of treacherous elements, and their links.
Operation “Wamakr Aulā’ika Huwā Yabūr” — A Strategic Blow to Enemy Espionage
According to the Interior Ministry’s statement, the dismantled joint operations room coordinated sabotage and espionage activities directed at Yemen and operated from Saudi territory.
It established multiple small, independent cells that all reported back to the joint command, the ministry said.
The statement asserts the enemy’s joint intelligence apparatus provided the espionage cells with advanced surveillance equipment and trained operatives — allegedly by American, Israeli and Saudi officers on Saudi soil — in the use of devices, report writing, transmission of coordinates, and concealment methods intended to avoid detection by Yemeni security services.
Scope of the Network’s Activities
The ministry’s account indicates the network focused on mapping Yemen’s military and security infrastructure, identifying military manufacturing sites and locations of ballistic-missile and drone launchers used by Yemen’s armed forces.
It also said the cells conducted surveillance of civilian and military leadership — their locations, movements and activities.
The Interior Ministry further charged that some network cells contributed information and coordinates used in attacks that caused civilian casualties in residential areas, markets and public places, aiming to damage public services and worsen the economic and living conditions of the Yemeni people.
A Call to Vigilance
The ministry framed the arrests as taking place amid escalation and aggression directed at Yemen, intended to halt Yemen’s military operations and to pressure its official and popular stances in solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinian people.
Yemen’s authorities presented the operation as proof of the state’s vigilance and ability to foil enemy plans, while calling on citizens to increase awareness and cooperation with security services.

By the grace and help of God Almighty, and with His support and assistance, the Ministry of Interior announces Operation “Wamakr Aulā’ika Huwā Yabūr” — a qualitative security operation conducted in several phases which, by the grace and favor of God Almighty, resulted in the arrest of a spy network belonging to a joint operations room between the American intelligence (CIA), the Israeli Mossad, and Saudi intelligence, whose headquarters were on Saudi soil.
This qualitative security achievement was realized — by the grace of God Almighty — after extensive investigation, surveillance and follow-up that uncovered the enemy’s plots, the methods of the treacherous elements affiliated with them, and their connections. After completion of the investigations and analytical procedures, many facts became clear, of which we disclose the following:
First: The joint operations room coordinated sabotage and espionage efforts against Yemen, operating from Saudi territory; it established multiple small cells that worked separately from one another yet were all linked to the joint enemy operations room.
Second: The joint enemy intelligence room supplied the espionage cells with advanced espionage devices and tools to carry out surveillance and monitoring of any place they wished to observe, to collect and transmit coordinates and information about it. The criminal cell members were trained on the delivered devices, on how to prepare reports, to transmit coordinates, and on methods of concealment and disguise to avoid detection and capture by security personnel. They received their training at the hands of American, Israeli and Saudi officers on Saudi soil.
Third: The espionage cells monitored Yemen’s infrastructure; they sought to uncover the military and security structures, military manufacturing sites, and the locations of ballistic missile and drone launchers used by our valiant army against the criminal Zionist enemy. They gathered information and carried out surveillance of civil leadership, and the leadership of the army and security forces — their locations and activities.
Fourth: The network’s cells were implicated in contributing to the shedding of Yemeni civilian blood in several operations carried out by the American and Israeli enemy against residential areas, markets and public places. They supplied the enemy with information and coordinates about some service facilities targeted by the enemy, with the aim of harming the interests of the Yemeni people and tightening economic and living pressure on them.
The formation of the joint intelligence room — between the American, Israeli and Saudi enemies — and the recruitment of the largest possible number of espionage cells occurred in the context of escalation and aggression against Yemen, intended to attempt to halt its military operations and to stop its official and popular positions that support our brothers in Gaza, their oppression, and the just rights of the Palestinian people.
To reinforce the people’s confidence in their security apparatus and military institution, the Ministry of Interior discloses an important part of the information and details about this network and its criminal treacherous cells, and about some of their equipment and methods of operation, so that our great, struggling Yemeni people may be informed of the enemies’ directions and movements.
As the Ministry of Interior announces this achievement to our great Yemeni people, it expresses its profound thanks and deep appreciation for the vigilance of its free sons, and confirms that their cooperation and alertness were and remain among the most important factors that contributed to and continue to contribute to exposing and thwarting the enemies’ plans.
The Ministry calls on every free Yemeni to increase vigilance and attentiveness to the enemies’ movements that target our internal front, seek to undermine security and stability, and aim to halt and weaken the popular and official stance and the military operations supporting and aiding Gaza and Palestine.
