Wave 64 of True Promise IV: IRGC Hits Ben Gurion Airport, Haifa Refineries
Iran enters a new phase of confrontation as precision missile strikes hit key Israeli and U.S. assets, signaling sustained escalation against aggression.
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of Wave 64 of Operation True Promise IV early Thursday, targeting multiple strategic sites across the occupied Palestinian territories.
According to an official statement by the IRGC Public Relations Office, the operation struck critical locations in central and northern areas of the Zionist entity, including Ben Gurion Airport — described as a central hub for combat assembly, operational coordination, and logistical support — along with vital fuel supply infrastructure.
Additional strikes targeted areas in Haifa, where Israeli forces are concentrated, as well as key oil refineries and sites in Rishon LeZion, further expanding the scope of Iran’s retaliatory operations.
The IRGC confirmed that a wide range of advanced missile systems were deployed, including Ghadr, Emad, Kheibar Shekan, and nine multi-warhead Khorramshahr missiles, demonstrating both depth and precision in the operation.
U.S. Fifth Fleet Targeted Again as Conflict Expands
In a significant escalation, the IRGC also confirmed that the United States Navy’s Fifth Fleet was struck once again, using medium-range missile systems powered by both liquid and solid fuel.
The continued targeting of U.S. military assets underscores Iran’s readiness to confront not only the Zionist regime but also its primary backer, as the conflict enters a broader and more complex phase.
The IRGC emphasized that the operation remains ongoing and has thus far been executed successfully, signaling further developments in the coming hours.
A New Phase of War After Attacks on Iran’s Energy Infrastructure
The IRGC stated that the current wave forms part of a wider response to the joint U.S.-Israeli aggression against Iran, particularly following attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure.
Millions of Israeli settlers have reportedly been forced into shelters since previous waves of Iranian strikes, reflecting the growing pressure on the regime’s internal front.
The operation was dedicated to the leaders of the Islamic Revolution, the martyrs of the Sacred Defense, defenders of the shrines, and all those martyred in the ongoing aggression against Iran, reinforcing the ideological and national dimension of the response.
Wave 63 Marked the Turning Point Toward Strategic Retaliation
Just one day earlier, on March 18, the IRGC announced Wave 63 of Operation True Promise IV, which primarily targeted oil facilities linked to U.S. interests across the region.
That operation was dedicated to the martyred Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib and members of Iran’s intelligence community, marking a decisive escalation.
In its statement, the IRGC described Wave 63 as a “turning point” in the course of the war. While Iran had initially sought to avoid expanding the confrontation into the energy sector or harming the economies of neighboring countries, continued aggression against its infrastructure forced Tehran into a new phase of retaliation.
Iranian forces responded swiftly, setting ablaze multiple oil installations serving U.S. interests, in what was described as a proportional yet powerful response aimed at inflicting serious damage on enemy assets.
Warning of Escalation Toward “Complete Destruction”
The IRGC concluded its statement with a direct warning to both U.S. and Israeli forces: any further attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure will trigger even more severe retaliation.
Such responses, the IRGC stressed, will extend to all affiliated targets until “complete destruction” is achieved.
With successive waves intensifying in scale and scope, Operation True Promise IV is rapidly redefining the balance of power in the region — signaling that Iran is prepared to sustain and escalate its response until the aggression is decisively countered. (PW)
