“Very Well, Stay In Your Delusions!” — Imam Khamenei Shatters Trump’s War Fantasies
The Iranian Supreme Leader Rebukes Trump’s Boastful Rhetoric, Calls U.S. the “True Terrorist”
IRAN, PUREWILAYAH.COM — In a powerful address to Iran’s national sports champions and scientific Olympiad medalists, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei dismantled the latest hostile statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump during his visit to the occupied Palestinian territories, describing his words and behavior as “childish, shallow, and full of delusion.”
The Leader’s remarks were a direct response to Trump’s attempts to embolden a shaken Zionist regime after its humiliating setbacks in Gaza, asserting that the U.S. president’s so-called “support” was nothing more than an act of desperation.
“Trump Went There to Cheer Up the Desperate Zionists”
Ayatullah Khamenei made clear that Trump’s visit to the occupied territories was not a show of strength but a move to revive the morale of a regime left demoralized by its defeat at the hands of the Palestinian resistance.
“The American president went to occupied Palestine with a handful of foolish words and clownish behavior to lift the spirits of the hopeless Zionists,” Imam Khamenei said.
“They were crushed during the twelve-day war and could not imagine such a blow. Trump went there to console them, to tell them that America still stands behind them — but it was only empty boasting.”
He emphasized that the Zionist regime’s shock came when Iranian-made missiles, designed by the country’s young scientists, penetrated and destroyed several sensitive Israeli facilities — something the enemy “never expected.”
“These missiles were not bought or borrowed,” he declared. “They are the handiwork of Iranian youth — the mark of Iranian genius. When our youth decide to act, they achieve miracles.”

“America Is the True Terrorist”
Imam Khamenei strongly denounced the United States for its hypocrisy, calling it “the partner in Israel’s crimes” in Gaza and branding Washington as “the real terrorist.”
“America is the main accomplice in the war on Gaza,” he stated. “Its weapons and intelligence are used to bomb innocent civilians. Over twenty thousand children were martyred — infants, toddlers, four-year-olds. Are they terrorists? No, the terrorist is you, America!”
He further accused Washington of creating and preserving Daesh (ISIS) for future exploitation in the region, exposing the U.S. claim of “fighting terrorism” as a blatant lie.
“You produced Daesh, unleashed them on the region, and still keep them under your control to use whenever you wish. The real terrorist is America itself.”
“You Killed Our Scientists — But You Cannot Kill Their Knowledge”
Turning to Trump’s prideful remarks about assassinating Iranian scientists and sabotaging Iran’s nuclear facilities, the Leader dismissed such boasts with contempt.
“Yes, you killed our scientists — people like Dr. Abbasi and others — but you cannot assassinate their knowledge,” he said.
“You destroyed laboratories, but the science itself remains alive and stronger. You claim to have bombed our nuclear centers? Very well, stay in your delusions! You have achieved nothing.”
He went on to condemn the arrogance of the U.S. in dictating to other nations what they can or cannot possess:
“Who are you to decide whether a country can have nuclear technology? What right do you have to interfere in other nations’ affairs? America’s behavior is illegitimate, intrusive, and tyrannical.”
“Millions of Americans Are Protesting Against You”
In another striking passage, Imam Khamenei mocked Trump’s self-proclaimed authority, pointing out that millions of Americans have taken to the streets against his corrupt administration.
“They say in all U.S. states today, people are shouting against him,” he said. “Seven million demonstrators across different states! If you are truly powerful, go and calm them down — bring them back to their homes before you lecture other nations.”
He described Washington’s international conduct as a reflection of its own inner chaos, noting that a government so fractured and morally bankrupt cannot lecture others about stability or democracy.
“You Are No Friend of the Iranian People”
Imam Khamenei dismissed Trump’s repeated claims of being “a friend of the Iranian people,” calling them outright lies.
“He says, ‘I am on the side of the Iranian people.’ Liar! These secondary sanctions that the U.S. imposed — they are against the Iranian nation, not the government. You are the enemy of the Iranian people,” he said.
The Leader also rebuffed Trump’s suggestion of “negotiation” with Iran, rejecting any talks based on coercion or conditions dictated by Washington.
“He says, ‘Let’s make a deal.’ A deal under threat is not a deal — it is imposition. And the Iranian nation will never bow to imposition,” Imam Khamenei affirmed.
“You cannot treat Iran like some other submissive countries. Those days are gone.”
“America Brings War Wherever It Goes”
Concluding his remarks, Ayatullah Khamenei held the United States responsible for most wars and instability across West Asia, pointing to its vast network of military bases and its long record of interventions.
“They say there is war and death in the Middle East,” he said. “But who started these wars? America did. It is the war-maker, the source of death. What are these countless U.S. bases doing in our region? This land belongs to its people, not to America.”
The Leader reaffirmed that American threats and lies will never subdue Iran, declaring that the Islamic Republic will continue to advance through faith, resilience, and scientific progress.
“The words of this man [Trump] are all wrong, many of them outright lies,” he concluded. “His arrogance may influence some weak nations, but with God’s help, it will never affect the Iranian nation.” (PW)
