Undetected! Yemeni Drone Hits Ramon Airport in Southern Occupied Palestine
Israeli Media Admits Failure of Early Warning System as Multiple UAVs Launched from Yemen
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Israeli occupation army spokesperson confirmed that a drone launched from Yemen struck the passenger terminal at Ramon Airport in the Arava Valley, southern occupied Palestine.
Israeli media described the strike as a direct hit, with the explosion causing damage to airport facilities. Magen David Adom reported that eight people were injured in the blast.
A preliminary investigation by the Israeli Air Force revealed a major failure in the early warning detection systems.
The drone was never detected before impact, no sirens were activated at the airport, and there were no interception attempts. This serious malfunction is now under review by the air force.
Multiple UAV Launches and Sirens Activated
According to the Israeli army’s own radio, three additional drones launched from Yemen were detected over the skies of Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula.
The Israeli air force reportedly attempted to intercept them. Sirens were activated in the Nitzana area due to the infiltration of a hostile aircraft.
Earlier in the day, Israeli media reported that a total of six drones were launched from Yemen toward occupied territories.
Yemen’s Operations in Solidarity with Gaza
These developments mark the continuation of Yemen’s military operations against Israeli targets, which Yemeni officials frame as part of their unwavering support for the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Despite facing massive Israeli bombardments intended to force them to cease such operations, Yemen’s capabilities appear to be growing, with precision strikes penetrating advanced Israeli defense systems and delivering direct hits deep inside occupied territory. (PW)
