Trump’s Fear Over the Consequences of a Prolonged War With Iran
Trump admits Iran’s resistance to Washington’s excessive demands and voices concern over the prolonged continuation of the war against Iran.
United States, PUREWILAYAH.COM - U.S. President Donald Trump has voiced concern that U.S. military operations against Iran could become prolonged, saying he does not want the conflict to drag on, Tasnim News Agency reported.
Trump claimed:
“I always thought it would take four weeks. We are a bit ahead of schedule.”
This comes as several analytical and military sources had previously reported growing concerns within the U.S. military over the possibility of ammunition shortages as a result of the terrorist military aggression against Iran.
Trump Admits Surprise at Iran’s Crushing Response
Trump went on to express astonishment at Iran’s crushing response to the U.S.-Zionist aggression, carried out by targeting the interests and military bases of the aggressors in Arab countries along the Persian Gulf.
He described this powerful Iranian response as a “big surprise.”
Attempt to Sow Division Among Regional Countries
In an effort to sow discord among regional countries, the head of the terrorist U.S. government claimed that Arab states are now interested in participating in U.S. aggression against Iran.
Trump alleged:
“The Arab countries of the region want to fight; and they are fighting seriously. They were supposed to have very limited participation, but now they insist on participating.”
The warmongering U.S. president admitted Iran’s steadfast resistance to the White House’s excessive demands, stating that Iranians were unwilling during negotiations to give the United States everything it demanded from them—something he claimed they “should have done.”
Trump Defends Assassination of Martyr Soleimani
The criminal U.S. president once again defended the 2020 (1398) terrorist attack carried out by the U.S. military in Baghdad and the assassination of Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani, calling it—by his own assertion—a “great move.”
Trump claimed that if Martyr Soleimani had not been assassinated, Israel “probably would not exist today.” (PW)
