Trump Acknowledges Iran’s Military Power: Powerful, Hardworking, and Intelligent
Trump repeats claims of imminent end to the war while admitting Iran’s strength and making contradictory statements.
United States, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Donald Trump, with his usual language and repeated boasts, said that the process of handling the war in Iran is going well and that the U.S. military is the strongest army in the world.
He claimed that the war in Iran is proceeding completely smoothly and that the United States has the ability to do anything there. He said the war in Iran will soon come to an end and that the military performance of U.S. forces has been ideal.
Admission and Justification
Trump then acknowledged Iran’s power, saying that Iran is a powerful and intelligent country with hardworking and strong fighters.
He then, in an attempt to justify the illegal aggression against Iran and in response to the large volume of criticism, claimed that the United States had no choice but to go to Iran, because it could not allow them to obtain nuclear weapons. He said he had no desire to enter this war, but that this action was unavoidable to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
Contradictions and Bluff
Trump also, in a strange bluff, said that one of their warships had been targeted by 111 missiles and that all of them were successfully intercepted and destroyed.
He then, despite repeatedly speaking of a decisive victory over Iran and claiming that Iran had been finished, said in contradictory remarks that victory in Iran is very close and that U.S. military operations lasted no more than two months.
The U.S. president also stated on Wednesday night, while claiming progress in negotiations between Tehran and Washington, that the next round of talks would likely be held next week. He told reporters that further negotiations with Iran would probably take place over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). (PW)
