The West Bank Under Criminal Assault: Deadly Settler Attacks and Widespread Night Raids
Escalating violence across the occupied West Bank leaves civilians injured as settlers and occupation forces intensify shootings, assaults, and mass incursions into towns and refugee camps.
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Violence escalated sharply across the occupied West Bank overnight, as a dangerous surge in attacks by Zionist settlers—shielded and backed by enemy forces—left Palestinian civilians injured.
While settler gangs fired live ammunition and brutally assaulted unarmed Palestinians, enemy military units launched frenzied incursions, raiding homes and commercial premises.
Fierce confrontations erupted on multiple fronts, underscoring a policy of total aggression pursued by the occupation and its settlers.
Live Fire and Assaults in Hebron, Nablus, and Ramallah Areas
In a grave field escalation, Palestinian sources reported that Zionist settlers opened fire and attacked the town of Surif, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
In related incidents, the Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that a young man was injured after being beaten by settlers in the town of Beit Imrin near Nablus. The Red Crescent also reported another injury after a settler assault in the town of Rummon, east of Ramallah.
Clashes broke out between local youths and Israeli occupation forces in the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah, where young Palestinians confronted invading occupation vehicles.
In Tulkarm, enemy forces fired at a vehicle and pursued it inside the Jabal al-Nasr area near the Nur Shams camp, in a direct targeting of civilians and their movements.
Raids on Cities, Refugee Camps, and Vital Areas
The occupation continued to strike vital areas, storming the eastern district of Nablus and raiding the Old Askar refugee camp east of the city in the northern West Bank.
In Salfit, enemy forces invaded the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan and raided commercial shops, while the town of al-Zawiya west of Salfit was also targeted.
In Bethlehem, occupation forces stormed the towns of al-Ubeidiya and Za‘tura, later intensifying raids and arrests across the West Bank as part of an ongoing campaign of terror against residents.
Palestinian Authority Actions in Tubas
Separately, Palestinian sources reported that Palestinian Authority security services detonated explosive devices after discovering them in the city of Tubas in the occupied West Bank—a move that underscores their entrenched alignment with the enemy and the removal of anything that could pose a threat to it or its forces.
Taken together, these developments show the Zionist enemy expanding its assaults across the West Bank in all forms, as part of a broader effort to forcibly displace its population and expand settlements—particularly amid escalating arrests and live-fire attacks, enabled by international and UN complicity and by Arab and Islamic inaction.
