In a recent message to education directors, Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi issued a profound and timely reminder: the reinforcement of religious and doctrinal foundations among our youth must be at the very forefront of our educational priorities.

Citing the Quranic mandate that pairs education with spiritual purification, the Ayatollah highlighted that this dual mission is the very essence of prophetic guidance—leading humanity from darkness into light. He specifically pointed to the teachings of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), who urged believers to focus intently on the youth, as their hearts are quicker to embrace goodness and truth.
