The Humiliation of the Imperialists
In a striking admission of defeat for Global Arrogance, former US State Department official and military veteran Matthew Hoh has acknowledged the comprehensive victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the recent confrontation imposed by the United States and the Zionist entity. Hoh’s assessment confirms what the Axis of Resistance has long declared: the military and strategic dominance of Iran has fundamentally shifted the balance of power in West Asia, forcing the imperialist occupiers into retreat.
A Strategic Chokehold on the Persian Gulf
Addressing the recent strategic maritime agreement between Tehran and Muscat, Hoh noted that the framework grants the Islamic Republic effective control over the northern entrance to the Persian Gulf and a shared grip on its vital exit. For the occupiers, this is a disastrous development.
Hoh emphasised that this agreement cements Iran’s victory by effectively blocking American warships and logistical supply lines to illegal US military bases in the region. “This aspect of the agreement between Iran and Oman truly consolidates and solidifies Iran’s victory,” Hoh admitted, noting that it severely cripples the American ability to maintain its footprint in the Middle East. Consequently, the US is being forced to shift its vulnerable forces toward occupied Palestine and Jordan, as their bases in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar now sit in highly precarious, indefensible positions.
The Deceit of the Great Satan
When questioned about rumours of renewed negotiations between Tehran and Washington, Hoh offered a blunt truth already known to the followers of the Wilayah: the Great Satan cannot be trusted.
“I highly doubt that an agreement would actually be signed... I do not see an agreement that would provide a permanent solution as possible,” Hoh stated. He stressed that even if a deal were forced, it would never be durable because “Americans are not trustworthy,” reaffirming the wise and proven stance of the Supreme Leadership that relying on the enemy is a path to ruin.
Inverting the Military Doctrine of the Oppressors
Reflecting on the immense achievements of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic, Hoh noted that Tehran did not merely withstand the aggression but actively gained the upper hand over both the American and Zionist regimes.
“They forced the Americans to evacuate their bases across the Persian Gulf. They forced the US Navy to withdraw a thousand kilometres from Iran’s coasts,” Hoh stated, acknowledging the overwhelming capability of the Iranian military. He pointed out that the Iranian armed forces fought flawlessly on both symmetric and asymmetric fronts, effectively “inverting” the military doctrine of the US and Israel.
