Tens of Thousands of Foreign Soldiers Serve in Israel’s Military, Majority from the U.S.
Official figures reveal over 50,000 dual-national soldiers serving in the Zionist regime’s army, with the largest share holding U.S. citizenship.
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - The Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth has, for the first time, disclosed official statistics on foreign dual-nationality personnel serving in the military of the Zionist regime.
According to a report by Yedioth Ahronoth, the Israel Defense Forces—published detailed and official figures on military personnel who, in addition to holding the regime’s citizenship, also possess the citizenship of other countries.
Based on the data released, the total number of soldiers holding dual nationality stands at 50,632.
U.S., France, and Russia Top Foreign Citizenship List
The largest group among these soldiers holds United States citizenship, numbering 12,135 personnel.
The figures further show that more than 6,100 soldiers possess French citizenship, while over 5,000 soldiers are Russian citizens.
Thousands of other soldiers reportedly hold citizenship from countries including Germany, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Romania, Poland, Canada, as well as several nations across Latin America. (PW)
