Sayyed Al-Houthi: U.S. Preparing New Escalation, Yemen Ready for Any Developments
The Leader says Washington is preparing a new round of escalation after failing in its previous campaign and warns that any renewed aggression will have dangerous consequences for the world
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi called on the nation to mobilize in confronting its enemies across all fields, foremost in the military sphere, and affirmed that the Yemeni people are fully prepared for any future developments.
In a speech delivered on Monday on the occasion of the arrival of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, Sayyed Abdul-Malik praised the massive presence of the Yemeni people in public squares, the million-strong demonstrations, and the extensive efforts in general mobilization, training, preparation, and readiness at all levels.
He described this comprehensive movement as a “great and honorable faith-based awakening” befitting the people of Yemen, whom he referred to as “the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad.”
“We remain steadfast in our clear and principled positions that we have affirmed in every speech and every stance, both in word and in practice,” he said. “And we are ready for any upcoming developments, by the permission of Allah SwT.”
U.S. Preparing a New Escalation After Failing in the Previous Round
Sayyed Abdul-Malik stated that there are clear indications that the United States is preparing for another round of escalation after failing in its previous campaign.
He expressed regret that Washington’s preparations are based on exploiting certain Arab countries.
He noted that some governments and regimes failed to learn from the lessons of the previous confrontation, despite the serious consequences of hosting American military bases used to attack the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to Sayyed Abdul-Malik, these governments are burdening themselves with additional financial and security costs in order to protect U.S. bases and safeguard the Israeli enemy.
Cooperation with Washington and Israel Endangers the Region
The Ansarullah leader condemned actions by some Gulf states, including stripping native citizens of their nationality and adopting political, media, and intelligence positions that serve American and Israeli interests.
He said such behavior encourages the United States and the Israeli enemy to sow discord throughout the region and exposes those same countries to grave danger.
“A new escalation will have dangerous consequences for the region as a whole, and even more so for the world,” he warned.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik stressed that the nation must clearly recognize who the true enemy is and who the true friend is.
He stated that the United States and the Israeli enemy are foreign aggressors who came to occupy, oppress, commit crimes, dominate the region, and enslave its peoples.
The Only Path Is Awareness, Unity, and Resistance
Sayyed Abdul-Malik emphasized that the correct standard for political positions must be rooted in Islamic principles and in the nation’s identity as one nation facing a common enemy.
He said the Zionist project primarily targets Arab and Muslim countries, pointing to the openly declared vision of “Greater Israel” as evidence of expansionist ambitions directed first and foremost against the Arab world.
He dismissed Western claims regarding nuclear weapons as deceptive pretexts, noting that the United States was the first country to use nuclear weapons for mass destruction and that the Israeli regime possesses such weapons while using military force to oppress and annihilate entire peoples.
“Iran does not seek to possess nuclear weapons,” he said, adding that neither the United States nor the Israeli enemy will cease targeting the peoples of the region as long as they are given the opportunity.
He concluded by urging the الأمة to remain vigilant and to fulfill its sacred responsibilities, emphasizing that victory comes through faith, unity, and adherence to the divine plan for confronting evil, represented by the Zionists and their supporters. (PW)
