Sayyed Al-Houthi Exposes Espionage Under Humanitarian Cover
The Yemeni Leaderi Reveals Evidence of Foreign-Linked Spy Cells Within Aid Organization
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi — may God protect him — affirmed that Yemen has obtained decisive information about the criminal espionage role of certain detained individuals affiliated with humanitarian organizations.
In his speech on Thursday, he explained that one of the most notable crimes committed by these espionage cells was their direct involvement in the Israeli targeting of a government meeting.
They monitored the gathering, relayed information to the Israeli enemy, and accompanied the execution of the attack.
He noted that in this particular incident, a cell linked to the World Food Programme (WFP), led by the head of security and safety for the organization’s branch in Yemen, played a pivotal role.
He added, “We are fully confident and certain about the facts concerning these organization-linked cells, and we possess all the evidence against them.”
He stressed the importance of exposing these cells because some people remain unaware of these realities and are misled by media uproar, imagining that these cells are being unjustly targeted despite their alleged humanitarian roles.
Humanitarian Fronts Used as Cover for Espionage and Sabotage
Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized that while Yemen remains committed to the welfare of its people, the situation mirrors the lethal traps set by the Americans in Gaza — differing only in appearance.
He pointed out that the Americans and Israelis saw in humanitarian organizations a valuable shield to protect their spy cells, allowing them freedom of movement and access to special equipment.
He revealed that the espionage cells within these organizations were supplied with surveillance and targeting devices, communication interception tools, and advanced intelligence equipment normally used by major spy agencies.
Evidence exists for all of this, he said, yet instead of confronting the Americans and Israelis for infiltrating and manipulating these organizations, the United Nations and related bodies blame Yemeni security forces and the government in Sana’a — attempting to absolve the real perpetrators.
Sayyed al-Houthi described the security domain as critically important in confronting the enemy, as it operates hand-in-hand with the military field.
He affirmed that the enemy activated numerous spy cells to gather intelligence, mark targets, and execute criminal operations, while others worked to incite internal chaos in favor of American and Israeli agendas. Despite immense resources and temptations, all such subversive efforts failed.
National Resilience: Sacrifice as a Testament of Conviction
He confirmed that enemy espionage cells were heavily trained and equipped with highly sensitive instruments, noting that some of the most dangerous cells were embedded within organizations such as the World Food Programme and UNICEF, using humanitarian affiliation as a shield for hostile activity.
On the economic front, he noted that the enemies escalated their aggression through oppressive economic measures, targeting the humanitarian file and civilian infrastructure. They sought to tighten the blockade and force the Yemeni people into submission — yet failed to make them retreat from their principled stance.
Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized that the Yemeni people have stood firm, endured, and continued their struggle with great determination. With every martyr offered, their resolve only grew stronger.
These sacrifices are not losses, he said, but honorable offerings in the path of truth — a testament to the sincerity of their position. He affirmed that these sacrifices do not diminish Yemen’s capability, manpower, productivity, or strength of stance, but instead reinforce them. (PW)
