Saree: Yemeni Missile Hits MINERVAGRACH Ship, Setting It Ablaze
The strike was conducted in the Gulf of Aden with a cruise missile, directly hitting the ship, setting it ablaze, and placing it at risk of sinking.
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM – The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Tuesday that their naval forces carried out a military operation targeting the vessel MINERVAGRACHT in the Gulf of Aden, after its owning company violated the decision prohibiting entry into the ports of occupied Palestine.
According to the official statement, the ship was struck with a cruise missile, sustaining a direct hit that set it ablaze and placed it at risk of sinking.
The Armed Forces confirmed that their operations will continue until the aggression ends and the blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
The statement stressed that Yemen remains committed to enforcing a full maritime blockade on the Israeli enemy in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the Gulf of Aden. It also renewed its warning to all companies and vessels against violating the announced ban.
“Our operations will persist and will not cease except with the end of the aggression and the lifting of the blockade on Gaza,” the Armed Forces declared.
The statement concluded with a reaffirmation of Yemen’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their resistance, framing the operation as part of the ongoing struggle against what it called “the crime of the century.”
