Resistance Warns of Israeli Spy Tactics Disguised as Online Polls in Gaza
Security apparatus urges the public to avoid anonymous surveys and report suspicious activity amid growing Israeli intelligence and psychological warfare operations.
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - The Gaza Resistance Security Service has warned that Israeli intelligence is increasingly using online polls on social media platforms as tools to spy on the Gaza home front, Resistance activists, and supporters.
The alert comes as the Resistance continues its large-scale campaign to arrest collaborators and counter espionage activities launched by the Israeli regime since the start of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued last night, the Resistance Security Service said many of these polls appear under generic, nationalistic, or seemingly harmless themes, while their true purpose is to measure public sentiment inside Gaza and collect security-related information on activists and supporters of the Resistance.
Public Urged to Avoid Suspicious Polls and Protect Personal Information
The statement warned citizens against participating in, voting in, or sharing any online polls originating from unknown sources or from platforms not recognized as official and trustworthy.
It stressed that public awareness acts as a defensive shield protecting the home front from the enemy’s schemes.
The Security Service emphasized the importance of ignoring suspicious polls, refraining from sharing them in any form, and avoiding the disclosure of any personal information or details related to the home front or social conditions.
Citizens were instructed to report any suspicious polls immediately and rely solely on official and credible channels for reliable information.
The statement warned: Failure to follow these guidelines provides the enemy with exactly what it seeks and weakens the home front.
Warning Over Hostile Aerial Psychological Operations
A few days earlier, the Resistance Security Service issued another warning after detecting Israeli aircraft equipped with loudspeakers broadcasting provocative messages targeting civilians and Resistance fighters, particularly over Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
The Service explained that these tactics are part of a new psychological warfare campaign launched by the Israeli occupation, aimed at destabilizing the field, collecting intelligence, and influencing the awareness and behavior of Resistance fighters.
The statement called for heightened vigilance and caution from all citizens.
Calls for Strict Personal Security Measures
The Resistance Security Service highlighted the necessity of personal security practices, including:
The use of secure, encrypted communication methods
Avoiding discussions of sensitive matters over phones or public applications
Avoiding the storage of sensitive messages or images on personal devices
The statement added that confronting hostile tools and neutralizing enemy plots requires calmness, alertness, and complete disregard for the enemy’s messages and propaganda.
Maintaining strict security procedures, caution, and confidentiality remains the first line of defense against Israeli infiltration and psychological warfare. (PW)
