President Al-Mashat: Yemen Crushed U.S. Arrogance, Will Never Abandon Gaza
In a defiant address, President Al-Mashat praises Yemen's military success, condemns Arab complicity, and expresses firm solidarity with Palestine and Iran
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - President Mahdi Al-Mashat, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Yemen, emphasized that the Yemeni people and their fighters, by the grace of God, have successfully shattered American arrogance and thwarted all of Washington's options. He warned the United States and its remaining forces of continuous and escalating retaliation.
In a fiery speech during his presiding over a National Defense Council meeting, attended by military and security leaders, President Al-Mashat stressed that, "The government must act, local authorities must act, and the judiciary must act. Serve the citizens, serve the people; everyone must act within their responsibilities."
Military Triumphs and Strategic Readiness
President Al-Mashat emphasized that Yemen's preparedness was instrumental in mitigating the damage from the aggression.
"The aggression failed from the first day. By the grace of God, we obtained vital intelligence that allowed us to thwart the attack even before it began."
He stressed that Yemen’s military and security institutions are on high alert and ready for any scenario.
"We are fully prepared to defend our nation and respond to any aggressor. Our strength lies in the unity of our leadership under Sayyid Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, the cohesion of our people, and the coordination among the official institutions."
Commitment to Gaza
President Al-Mashat reiterated Yemen’s unwavering position in supporting Gaza.
"We will never retreat from our principled, moral, Islamic, and humanitarian stance in supporting Gaza until the aggression ends and the siege is lifted."
He added, “The horrifying crimes in Gaza and the Arab world’s betrayal demand that we take a clear position regardless of the consequences.”
Condemnation of Arab Complicity
The President did not mince words when addressing the silence and inaction of Arab regimes.
"The unprecedented Arab betrayal has reached the level of complicity."
He called on all sectors of the Yemeni government — local authorities, judicial bodies, and institutions — to serve the people and carry out their responsibilities.
Support for Iran’s Diplomatic Efforts
Highlighting Yemen’s broader strategic alignment, President Al-Mashat expressed strong support for Iran’s diplomacy.
"We support Iranian diplomacy in resolving its issues with adversaries, just as we supported and congratulated their reconciliation with Saudi Arabia."
President Al-Mashat’s address highlighted Yemen’s strategic strength, moral clarity, and unshakable commitment to Gaza. He reaffirmed the unity of Yemen’s leadership and people in resisting aggression and warned that any complicity with the enemies of Gaza will not go unanswered.
Exposing U.S. Military
Failures Al-Mashat revealed that the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Truman lost its command and operational capability in the early days of the aggression, and attacks from it failed to achieve any military goals.
"Truman accomplished nothing for the enemy. They had to bring in other assets and weapons."
He encouraged the Yemeni public to remain confident.
President Al-Mashat addressed the people, saying, "Whenever you hear that the American enemy, with its insane administration, has mobilized more forces, rest assured," emphasizing that "If the Americans mobilize more, it means their weapons have failed."
He pointed out that "the confirmed information we have indicates that Truman lost its leadership and control, and it became non-operational from the very first days of the aggression," explaining that "the aggression against our country once or twice was from Truman, and the rest was from other places we are monitoring."
Warning to Complicit Parties
The President addressed those who align with the U.S. and Israel.
"We pose no threat to anyone, except for the Israeli and American aggressors. Those who support Israeli crimes will bear the shame and defeat of this war."
He noted that Yemen is monitoring all movements and potential collaborators.
"Our security forces are vigilant. Anyone involved in this battle on the side of the Americans and Israelis will face severe consequences."
Tribal Solidarity and Legal Consequences
President Al-Mashat commended Yemeni tribes for initiating charters of honor against traitors. He urged security and judicial institutions to act decisively.
"The punishment is clear in our law and constitution: execution for those who betray the nation."
Faith in Imminent Victory
Closing his remarks, President Al-Mashat gave the Yemeni people a message of hope.
"We are approaching a great victory. But every victory is preceded by a tremor that separates the vile from the pure."
He advised those tempted by betrayal to return to honor and faith.
"This is the quake before the triumph. Cling to dignity and pray for steadfastness."(PW)
