Phase Three of Wave 89: The Heart of the Occupied Territories Under Missile Strikes
Phase Three of Wave 89 intensifies strikes across central occupied territories, with precision missile barrages targeting key urban areas around Tel Aviv.
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has escalated Wave 89 of Operation True Promise IV into its third phase, launching heavy, precision missile strikes deep into the heart of the occupied Palestinian territories late on April 1, intensifying pressure on key urban centers east of Tel Aviv.
According to a statement released by the IRGC Public Relations Office, Phase Three of the operation, carried out under the code “Ya Haidar al-Karrar,” targeted central areas of the occupied territories with a barrage of heavy, precision-guided Qiam and Emad missiles, alongside multi-warhead Ghadr systems.
The strikes reportedly created what the IRGC described as a “ring of fire” stretching from Ramat Gat to Holon, Palmachim, and Bnei Brak, significantly escalating conditions on the ground and forcing residents into continuous cycles of air raid alerts.
Footage and local reports indicate widespread disruption, with large numbers of settlers rushing toward shelters, congestion in urban areas, and prolonged confinement in underground bunkers as sirens sounded repeatedly across affected regions.
Continuation of a Broader Offensive
The latest phase follows the earlier launch of Wave 89, which began hours earlier as a coordinated, multi-axis operation involving Iran’s armed forces and resistance groups across West Asia.
According to the IRGC, the initial wave involved the launch of more than 100 heavy missiles, attack drones, and approximately 200 rockets, targeting a wide range of American and Israeli positions from north to south of the occupied territories, including Eilat, Tel Aviv, and Bnei Brak.
Additional strikes extended beyond the occupied territories, with reported hits on U.S. military positions in Bahrain, where approximately 80 personnel were present, as well as a missile attack on a U.S. helicopter unit at Al-Udeid base, resulting in the destruction of at least one aircraft and damage to others.
Iranian officials stated that the coordinated nature of the operation reflects increasing alignment between Iran’s armed forces and regional resistance groups, describing it as a unified front capable of conducting simultaneous, multi-domain strikes.
Sustained Operations and Strategic Signaling
The IRGC confirmed that missile and drone operations remain ongoing across multiple fronts, from northern to southern areas of the occupied territories, and warned that additional capabilities remain in reserve for deployment in the coming days and months.
The continuation of Wave 89 into successive phases signals a sustained escalation pattern, with Iran demonstrating both operational depth and the ability to expand the scope and intensity of strikes over time.
Iranian military statements further framed the developments as part of a broader confrontation in which sustained coordination between resistance actors has reshaped the operational environment across the region. (PW)
