Mossad Chief Made Secret Trips to the UAE During the War on Iran
Wall Street Journal report reveals deepening security cooperation between the Israeli regime and the UAE, including Abu Dhabi’s alleged involvement in military operations against Iran.
West Asia, PUREWILAYAH.COM — David Barnea, head of the Israeli Mossad spy agency, secretly traveled to the United Arab Emirates at least twice during the war against Iran to coordinate intelligence and operational activities targeting the Islamic Republic, according to multiple media reports.
According to Tasnim, Barnea visited the UAE once in March and again in April to arrange logistical and security coordination for operations directed against Iran.
The trips are seen as further evidence of the deepening and expanding collaboration between the Israeli regime and the UAE during the war.
In the same context, The Wall Street Journal also disclosed that Barnea traveled to the UAE at least twice at the height of the military confrontation with Iran to advance joint security and operational coordination with Abu Dhabi.
The revelations once again highlight Tel Aviv’s role in encouraging the UAE to become involved in the confrontation with Iran.
The Wall Street Journal further reported that the UAE participated in military operations against Iran both before and after the ceasefire. (ARN)
