Millions Rally Across Yemen in Support of Gaza, Hamas, and Qatar
From Sana’a to dozens of other Yemeni cities, massive demonstrations reaffirm Yemen’s solidarity with Palestine, denounce Israeli attack in Doha, and highlight obedience to the call of Sayyed Houthi.
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - On Friday, Yemen witnessed million-strong demonstrations not only in Sana’a but across dozens of provinces and cities.
These rallies underscored the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their deep commitment to the call of their leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, to stand firmly with Gaza and the Palestinian cause.
The mobilizations carried a unified message of support for Hamas, Qatar, and every nation in the Ummah targeted by Zionist-American aggression, while condemning Israel’s attack on a Hamas delegation in Doha as a blatant violation of Qatari sovereignty.
Loyalty to Palestine and the Martyrs
Crowds renewed their covenant to support the Palestinian cause and to remain faithful to the blood of the martyrs.
Demonstrators stressed that the sacrifices of martyrs fuel the determination of Yemenis and free people everywhere to continue the struggle until victory is achieved.
They also declared loyalty to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), affirming that following his path of struggle and sacrifice is central to Yemen’s stance in defending oppressed peoples, foremost the Palestinians in Gaza.
Responding to Aggression
Protesters asserted that Israeli strikes on Sana’a and Al-Jawf would not weaken Yemen’s resolve but rather strengthen its determination to support Gaza until the aggression ceases and the siege is lifted.
They denounced both Israeli and American arrogance, insisting that Yemen will never abandon its religious and moral duty to stand with Palestine, regardless of the cost.
Leadership Address
In his speech, Mohammed Muftah, Acting Prime Minister and head of the Supreme Committee for the Liberation of Al-Quds, reminded the crowds:
“O people of faith, wisdom, and struggle, today you embody the honor of defending the Ummah. The aggression that began in 2015 under the so-called Arab coalition was nothing more than a Zionist-American project. After 11 years of war, we have not bowed, and we will not bow.”
He described Israel’s crimes in Gaza — including the destruction of dozens of residential towers and the killing of tens of thousands of civilians — as the ugliest form of terrorism witnessed by the world.
The rallies echoed with chants of defiance and unity:
“With Gaza, for the sake of Allah… loyalty to the Messenger of Allah.”
“With Gaza, the path is jihad… either victory or martyrdom.”
“The Zionist is the enemy of the Ummah… America is the Great Satan.”
“With Qatar and all Arab nations… against the Zionist war.”
Call to the Ummah
The final statement of the rallies emphasized that any attack on a Muslim country is an attack on the entire Ummah. Solidarity was declared with Hamas leaders targeted in Doha, and with Qatar itself, rejecting Israel’s violations of sovereignty.
The Yemeni Armed Forces were praised for their escalating operations against Israel, which were described as increasingly effective deterrents. Protesters urged further development of military capabilities to inflict even greater costs on the Zionist entity and its backers.
The million-strong marches concluded with a declaration that Yemen’s struggle is rooted in faith, loyalty to the Prophet, and fidelity to the martyrs. Gaza’s cause is Yemen’s cause, Al-Aqsa is a sacred duty, and resistance remains the chosen path until liberation and victory. (PW)
