Mass Allegiance Ceremony Begins for Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei in Tehran
Large crowds gather in Tehran’s Revolution Square and across Iran as various segments of society pledge allegiance to the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — A public ceremony of allegiance by various segments of the Iranian people to the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, has begun at Revolution Square in Tehran.
The event started earlier today with the participation of broad sections of society, including university students, seminary scholars, Basij members, shopkeepers, merchants, government officials, intellectuals, religious scholars, and leaders of congregational and Friday prayers.
The ceremony is not limited to Tehran. Similar gatherings are being held simultaneously in cities and provinces across Iran, where people from different social groups are declaring their allegiance and support for the newly appointed Leader.
Participants in the ceremony are carrying Iranian flags, portraits of the martyred Imam Khamenei, and images of the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Slogans of Resistance and Defiance Fill the Gathering
Chants echoing across the square include slogans such as:
“Allahu Akbar; Khamenei is the Leader,” and
“The Hand of God is upon us; Khamenei is our Leader.”
Many of the slogans also condemn the actions of the United States and Israel during the 12-day war, the unrest of Dey 1404, and the current attacks carried out by enemy forces against the Iranian people.
Participants emphasized their determination to resist pressure and aggression, declaring that the Iranian nation will never surrender.
Crowds repeatedly shouted that the enemy has once again committed a grave miscalculation and will soon face the bitter consequences of defeat. (PW)
