Major General Abdollahi Warns U.S. and Allies: We Will Cut Off the Hand of Any Aggressor
Pentagon’s classified assessment of Iran’s vastly improved air defenses reportedly forced Donald Trump to postpone military action and acknowledge the growing strength of the Islamic Republic.
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, issued a forceful warning to the United States and its allies, declaring that Iran’s Armed Forces are stronger and more prepared than ever and will “cut off the hand of any aggressor.”
Major General Abdollahi cautioned Washington and its partners not to repeat what he described as another strategic mistake and grave miscalculation.
“We declare to the United States and its allies: do not once again commit a strategic mistake and a miscalculation,” he said.
He emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran and its Armed Forces are now more powerful and more combat-ready than in the past, with their “fingers on the trigger,” fully prepared to respond to any renewed aggression.
“Any new act of aggression against our proud land and nation will be met with a swift, decisive, powerful, and wide-ranging response,” he stated.
“We Have Proven Our Power on the Battlefield”
Major General Abdollahi noted that the American-Zionist enemies have repeatedly tested the courage of the Iranian people and the capabilities of the country’s Armed Forces.
“With divine determination and will, we have proven that we demonstrate our strength and capabilities on the battlefield,” he said.
He added that if Iran’s enemies commit another mistake, the Islamic Republic will confront them with a level of power and capability far greater than during the imposed Ramadan War.
“We will defend the rights of the Iranian nation with all our might, and we will cut off the hand of any aggressor,” he declared.
Pentagon Warning Reportedly Forced Trump to Step Back
The warning came as Donald Trump reportedly retreated once again from his threats of military action against Iran.
Trump’s plans were halted after the Pentagon delivered a classified assessment stating that Iran has dramatically improved its ability to detect, track, and intercept advanced fighter jets.
Senior U.S. defense officials reportedly warned that Iran has significantly strengthened its integrated air defense network, sharply increasing the risks of mission failure and severe military losses.
The report said this assessment fundamentally altered Washington’s strategic calculations, leading to the conclusion that any military action against Iran would carry serious consequences for U.S. forces and their regional allies.
Trump Returns to Diplomatic Posturing
In his latest remarks, Trump acknowledged that he had postponed a planned military strike against Iran and expressed hope that the delay would become permanent.
“I postponed the attack on Iran for a short period, and I hope that postponement will be permanent, because it appears there is now a good opportunity to reach an agreement with Iran,” Trump said.
The statement marked a significant retreat from earlier rhetoric in which Trump and senior officials in Washington repeatedly threatened to use military force to pressure Tehran.
The latest developments underscore what Iranian officials say is a new strategic reality: the Islamic Republic’s growing military capabilities have made any attack on Iran a highly costly and dangerous option, forcing Washington to reconsider its course. (PW)
