Lebanese MP: U.S. Directly Responsible for Israel’s Aggression
Hassan Ezzeddine: The Zionist enemy deliberately targets civilian homes as part of an expansionist plan designed by Washington
Lebanon, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Following the intensification of the Zionist regime’s attacks on southern Lebanon, Hassan Ezzeddine, a member of the Lebanese Parliament and a prominent figure in the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, said that the Zionist regime and its American supporters are directly responsible for the escalation of aggression.
Ezzeddine stressed that “the Israeli enemy” has targeted civilian residential homes, noting that these attacks are not random but are carried out as part of a premeditated and expansionist plan.
He added: “The United States is the architect of all the scenarios and plans that Israel is implementing in Lebanon.”
Lebanon’s Government Must Take a Firm Stance
The Lebanese MP further stated that the recent escalation of attacks serves as a test for the government, the presidency, and the entire Lebanese cabinet.
He called on the government to adopt a brave and decisive position so that the enemy feels the reality of deterrence.
Israel Targets All of Lebanon
Ezzeddine emphasized that Israel makes no distinction among the Lebanese people, as its attacks are aimed at the entirety of Lebanese territory, given that the nature of this regime is rooted in expansionism and occupation.
He underlined: “We are fully entitled to defend our people, our country, and our sovereignty — and we do not need permission from anyone to do so.”
It is worth noting that in recent hours, the Zionist regime has launched several attacks on five areas in southern Lebanon, in an unprecedented escalation and in clear violation of the ceasefire, invading Lebanese territory once again. (PW)
