IRGC Launches 48th Wave of Operation True Promise IV, Warns: Gates of Hell Will Not Close
IRGC announces the 48th wave of Operation True Promise IV targeting Israeli and US positions as Iran warns enemies across the region will face relentless retaliation.
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — The Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced minutes earlier that the 48th wave of Operation True Promise IV has begun.
According to the IRGC Public Relations Department, the operation was launched in the early hours of Saturday morning under the blessed code “Ya Qamar Bani Hashim (peace be upon him)”, dedicated to the honored martyrs Shirazi and Ebrahimzadeh.
The operation targeted positions in the northern occupied territories, the Galilee, the Golan Heights, and Haifa, as well as bases of American terrorist forces in the region.
The strikes were carried out using Kheibar-Shekan solid-fuel missiles, Qadr liquid-fuel missiles, and destructive drones, and were executed successfully with divine assistance.
Toward Holy Quds and a Warning to American and Zionist Commanders
The spokesman of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters stated that retribution will be taken for every drop of unjustly spilled blood and compensation will be exacted for the damage inflicted.
He added that it will not be long before the Quds Day march transforms into a march toward Holy Quds, and by the will of Almighty God, Muslims around the world will perform prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“I swear by the oppression endured by our martyrs that you will pay retribution for every drop of unjustly spilled blood and compensation for the damage inflicted,” he said.
“Wicked American and Zionist commanders, look carefully! The sky and the earth have become defenseless for you, and the gates of hell will not be closed until the destruction of the last child-killing criminal.”
Earlier Waves Targeted US Bases and Israeli Positions
The new wave follows earlier large-scale strikes conducted as part of the same operation.
According to Brigadier General Ebrahim Zolfaqari, spokesman of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, earlier phases of Operation True Promise IV included attacks against the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet, American military bases across the region, Tel Aviv, northern occupied territories, and Eilat.
These strikes involved heavy precision missiles including Khorramshahr missiles with two-ton warheads, Qadr missiles with cluster warheads, Emad missiles, Kheibar-Shekan missiles, and waves of destructive drones.
During the operation, the Mowaffaq al-Sulti base and other American military installations in Manama and Erbil were subjected to what Iranian officials described as the heaviest missile and drone strikes.
Air defenses of the Resistance Front also reportedly succeeded in striking a refuelling aircraft supplying a hostile fighter jet, resulting in the deaths of its crew.
US Aircraft Carrier and Military Assets Under Pressure
Iranian officials also claimed that the US aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was targeted by naval units of the IRGC the previous night, leaving the vessel reportedly non-operational and forcing it to retreat toward its original deployment area.
Zolfaqari criticized Washington for what he described as attempts to conceal losses.
“The enemy that describes the deaths of its soldiers as ‘mild traumatic brain injuries’ now attributes the destruction of its refueling aircraft to technical failure,” he said.
He added that reports of technical malfunctions, brain injuries, and internal incidents within US forces have increased significantly in recent weeks. (PW)
