IRGC Aerospace Commander Warns US: We Will Turn the Region Into Hell for You
Iran renewed warnings to U.S. forces as the Strait of Hormuz remained closed, while a pro-resistance cyber group threatened American troops amid escalating regional tensions
Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Senior Iranian military officials issued fresh warnings to the United States on Wednesday as tensions continued to rise following recent military confrontations in the Persian Gulf and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
The warnings came amid continued Iranian military operations and growing concerns over a wider regional escalation.
Senior IRGC Commander Issues Stark Warning
Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi, commander of the Aerospace Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), delivered a direct warning to Washington in a message posted on social media.
Referring to recent developments surrounding the Strait of Hormuz, the senior IRGC commander accused the United States of creating instability in one of the world’s most strategic waterways.
“You make the sacred Strait of Hormuz unsafe? We will turn the region into hell for you from every corner of Iran,” Mousavi wrote.
“This is the response to American arrogance in the region, God willing.”
The remarks came as Iranian forces intensified their responses to what Tehran describes as ongoing U.S. aggression.
IRGC Navy Reaffirms Closure of Strait of Hormuz
In a separate statement, the IRGC Navy renewed its warning to all oil tankers and commercial vessels operating in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.
The force urged shipping companies and vessel operators to avoid transiting the Strait of Hormuz until further notice, citing security concerns in the region.
According to the statement, the waterway remains fully closed following recent U.S. military actions that Iran says have destabilized the area.
The IRGC Navy further warned that any attempt to violate the restrictions would be met with a decisive response.
The renewed warning came after Iran formally announced the closure of the strategic waterway and instructed vessels to remain clear of the strait for their own safety.
Handala Issues Warning to U.S. Marines
Meanwhile, the Handala hacker group released a statement directed at U.S. Marines, warning of what it described as impending retaliation.
The group advised American service members to contact their families and say goodbye.
“The missiles are ready for launch, and Handala is waiting for a mistake from you,” the statement read.
“The coming hours will bring a bitter blow.”
According to Iranian media, the warning was issued in response to threats made earlier by U.S. President Donald Trump against Iran.
With the Strait of Hormuz remaining closed, military alerts being issued across the region, and both sides exchanging threats, regional tensions continue to move into uncharted territory. (PW)
