Iranian Missiles Hit 11 Sites Across Tel Aviv as Israeli Army Faces Internal Collapse
Iranian missile strikes hit multiple sites across Tel Aviv, while senior Israeli officials warn the army is nearing collapse amid escalating war pressures.
Israel, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Israeli official broadcasting authorities confirmed that fragments of Iranian missiles struck at least 11 locations across Tel Aviv, causing widespread damage in the heart of the occupied territories.
According to the report, heavy destruction was recorded across multiple sites in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, including damage to buildings, streets, and vehicles following the falling of missile debris.
Images circulating on social media further show the impact of Iranian strikes during the latest wave of operations carried out on Friday night, highlighting the growing reach and precision of Iran’s retaliatory capabilities.
The strikes form part of the ongoing escalation in response to U.S.-Israeli aggression against Iran and the Axis of resistance, demonstrating that critical urban centers of the Israeli entity are no longer beyond reach.
Israeli Leadership Admits Deepening Crisis Within Military
In a significant development, former Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid issued a stark warning about the deteriorating condition of the Israeli military.
Addressing Israeli citizens ahead of Passover, Lapid stated that the regime is facing “another security catastrophe,” pointing to alarming internal assessments delivered by Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir.
“I do not recall, in 13 years of service, a warning as severe as the one delivered last night,” Lapid said, emphasizing that multiple “red flags” have been raised regarding the army’s condition.
He warned that the Israeli military is “on the verge of collapse,” a statement that aligns with broader concerns over operational exhaustion and systemic strain.
Exhaustion, Shortages, and Strategic Failure
Lapid revealed that the Israeli army is no longer capable of sustaining reserve mobilization, with some reservists having been deployed for the sixth and seventh time, leaving them physically and psychologically depleted.
He further disclosed that regular forces are also deteriorating rapidly, with the army lacking sufficient personnel to carry out its missions effectively.
“The government is leaving the army wounded on the battlefield,” Lapid stated, criticizing the leadership for failing to address the growing crisis.
Additional concerns were raised over the continued exemption of ultra-Orthodox groups from military service, which Lapid described as a serious security risk that undermines military readiness.
At the same time, Israeli forces are being diverted to the West Bank due to internal security issues, further stretching already limited resources.
A Strategic Shift on the Battlefield
The combination of direct Iranian strikes on Tel Aviv and internal warnings from Israeli leadership underscores a shifting balance in the conflict.
What was once presented by the United States and Israel as a controlled escalation is now revealing deep vulnerabilities within the Israeli military structure.
As Iran’s operations intensify and expose the fragility of the Israeli war machine, the narrative of strength promoted by Washington and Tel Aviv is increasingly challenged by realities on the ground. (PW)
