Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM - A senior Iranian military commander has issued a sharp warning to U.S. President Donald Trump, declaring that any attack on Iran’s infrastructure will be met with overwhelming and sustained retaliation.
Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, made the remarks in response to recent threats from Washington, as tensions continue to escalate.
In a strongly worded statement, Abdollahi condemned what he described as reckless rhetoric from the U.S. leadership following a series of battlefield setbacks.
“The aggressive and war-seeking President of the United States, after enduring repeated defeats, has, in a desperate, agitated, unbalanced, and foolish move, threatened our country’s infrastructure and national assets,” he said.
Iran Vows Immediate and Unrestricted Retaliation
He emphasized that Iran’s armed forces remain fully prepared to respond decisively to any act of aggression.
“We, the armed forces, will not hesitate for even a moment in defending the rights of our nation and safeguarding our national assets, and we will put any aggressor back in their place,” Abdollahi stated.
The commander further warned that any escalation by what he termed the “American-Zionist enemy” would result in broad and unrestricted strikes.
“In the event of any aggression… we will, without limitation, target all infrastructure used by the terrorist U.S. military, as well as the infrastructure of the Zionist regime, with continuous and devastating strikes,” he added.
“Gates of Hell” Warning Reinforced
Reaffirming Iran’s track record during the ongoing conflict, Abdollahi stressed that Tehran’s warnings have consistently been followed by action.
“Since the beginning of the imposed war, whatever we have said, we have acted upon. The simple meaning of this message is that the gates of hell will be opened upon you,” he said.
Iran Signals Strategic Confidence and “Major Surprise”
In a parallel statement reported by Tasnim, a senior Iranian security official underscored Tehran’s confidence in its operational strategy, asserting that Iran is advancing according to a precise and pre-determined target bank.
“The United States claims that its targets are ‘dynamic’ — this is a meaningless term in military affairs. It clearly indicates that the U.S. target bank lacks precision,” the official said.
He contrasted this with Iran’s own approach, describing it as methodical and exact.
“Iran is advancing strictly according to its own precise planning and target bank,” he added.
The official also pointed to what he described as repeated U.S. military failures, particularly in the air domain.
“Given the failure of U.S. military operations — especially following the repeated downing of its aircraft — Trump has turned to the media to compensate for battlefield weaknesses,” he said, dismissing U.S. claims about target selection as “frankly laughable.”
Asymmetric Warfare and Final Warning
Highlighting Iran’s doctrine of asymmetric warfare, the official stressed that Washington’s strategy has already faltered.
“We have mastered the principles of asymmetric warfare and know well how to exhaust the enemy. Even today, the United States has failed in its strategy of conducting clean, rapid, and easy attacks.”
He concluded with a direct warning, stating that Iran is prepared for further escalation.
