Iran, PUREWILAYAH.COM - In his report to the Cabinet, Iran’s Foreign Minister detailed the ongoing trilateral cooperation between Iran, China, and Russia aimed at delegitimizing the snapback mechanism and countering sanctions.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, the Iranian Foreign Minister, presented a briefing during Sunday’s Cabinet session, outlined the latest efforts undertaken by the country’s diplomatic apparatus in confronting sanctions.
Araghchi also highlighted the ongoing trilateral collaboration between the Islamic Republic of Iran, China, and Russia.
This cooperation, he explained, seeks to invalidate unilateral European actions regarding the so-called snapback mechanism.
Emerging Global Polarization and Support from NAM Countries
Araghchi, referring to recent positions taken by the 121 member states of the Non-Aligned Movement in support of Iran’s stance, stated that the world is witnessing the formation of a new global polarity.
On one side stand European countries and a small group aligned with them;
on the other side is a majority of countries—most notably Iran, Russia, and China—who emphasize the principles of independence, multilateralism, and international justice.
