Lebanon, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Hezbollah carried out 20 military operations in a single day, pounding Israeli positions with coordinated drone, missile, and artillery strikes.
According to a detailed statement released by the Operations Room of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, the large-scale operations were conducted on Monday (May 11, 2026) in response to repeated Israeli ceasefire violations, attacks on civilians, and the destruction of homes in villages across southern Lebanon.
Swarm Drone Attacks on Enemy Gatherings
A central feature of the operations was Hezbollah’s extensive use of low-cost suicide drones. In three successive waves, Resistance fighters struck a building in the town of Taybeh where Israeli troops were stationed.
The intensity of the attacks forced the Israeli military to dispatch evacuation helicopters under heavy smoke cover to retrieve its dead and wounded.
Destruction of Armor and Engineering Equipment
The operations destroyed a Merkava tank in Rashaf, two heavy military bulldozers near Naqoura, an armored Humvee, and several engineering vehicles using precision drone and missile strikes.
Enemy fuel tankers in the Tyr Harfa area were also set ablaze.
Missile and Artillery Strikes on Command Centers
Hezbollah fighters launched repeated missile and artillery barrages against troop concentrations and military equipment in border areas, including Wadi al-Uyun, Sarbin, and Bayyada.
In one of the most significant strikes, a newly established Israeli military command center in Bayyada was completely destroyed.
Hezbollah Forces Advanced Israeli Drone to Retreat
During the confrontations, Hezbollah’s air defense unit fired a surface-to-air missile at an Israeli reconnaissance drone operating over the skies of Tyre, forcing it to flee the area.
The Resistance emphasized that these operations were carried out in defense of Lebanon’s land and people, and reaffirmed its legitimate right to deliver a painful response to every violation of the ceasefire agreement and every act of aggression against Lebanese villages.
