Hezbollah Launches 21 Operations Against Israeli Forces on Sunday
Resistance targets Israeli troops, military vehicles, infrastructure, and settlements after continued attacks on southern Lebanon.
Lebanon, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance announced that it carried out 21 military operations against Israeli forces and positions on Sunday, responding to continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire and attacks on villages in southern Lebanon.
According to statements issued by Hezbollah’s Military Media, the operations targeted Israeli troops, armored vehicles, military infrastructure, artillery positions, settlements, and command assets across occupied northern Palestine and southern Lebanon.
The operations began late Saturday night when Resistance fighters struck an Israeli Merkava tank in al-Bayyada with a guided missile, achieving a direct hit. Minutes later, another rocket barrage targeted a concentration of Israeli troops and military vehicles in the same area.
Additional rocket attacks continued throughout the night and into Sunday morning against Israeli military gatherings in al-Bayyada.
Resistance Expands Operations Across Multiple Fronts
As Israeli attacks continued against Lebanese territory, the Resistance broadened its operations to include military targets deeper inside occupied Palestine.
A drone strike targeted Israeli soldiers at a helicopter landing site in the settlement of Shlomi, while rocket barrages struck military infrastructure in Nahariya and the Krayot area north of occupied Haifa.
Other operations targeted Israeli positions in Safad, Hanita, Metula, Maroun al-Ras, and Adaisseh, as well as concentrations of Israeli troops in several sectors along the border.
Hezbollah also reported attacks against Israeli military vehicles using Ababil suicide drones, including multiple direct strikes against Nimera and Hummer vehicles in Dibbin and around the historic Beaufort Castle area.
Several attacks were directed at Israeli troop concentrations, military positions, and electronic warfare systems used against Resistance drones.
Operations Follow Continued Israeli Violations
In all 21 statements, Hezbollah said the operations were carried out in defense of Lebanon and its people and in response to ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire and attacks on southern Lebanese villages that resulted in civilian casualties.
The Resistance emphasized that Israeli aggression would continue to be met with military action and that attacks against Lebanese territory would not go unanswered.
The operations represent one of Hezbollah’s largest coordinated responses in recent days, demonstrating the Resistance’s continued ability to strike Israeli military targets across a broad geographic area despite ongoing military pressure and escalation. (PW)
