Katz’s Statements on the Displacement of Gaza’s Residents Confirm That Delusions of Uprooting Our People from Their Land Still Haunt the Enemy’s Leaders
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem affirmed that the continued statements issued by the leaders of the criminal Zionist occupation, most recently those made by the occupation’s terrorist Minister of War, Katz, concern the continuation of efforts to implement the plan to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip.
He said these statements confirm that delusions of uprooting our people from their land still haunt the enemy’s leaders.
This comes despite their catastrophic failure to break the will of our people or impose their aggressive schemes throughout the months of war and genocide.
Katz’s Statements Confirm the Occupation Government’s Intention to Renounce the Agreement
Qassem stressed in a statement on Thursday that the remarks made by the criminal Katz clearly confirm that the occupation government has not actually adhered to the agreement to halt the war.
He said the occupation government has a premeditated intention to overturn the agreement and evade its obligations.
This intention would be carried out at a time it deems appropriate, according to what Katz himself explicitly declared.
Hamas Calls for a Clear and Responsible International and Arab Position
The Hamas spokesperson explained that these dangerous statements require a clear and responsible position from the Peace Council and its representatives.
They also require a clear position from the US administration that approved the peace plan, in addition to the guarantor and mediating countries involved in the agreement.
The same responsibility extends to the parties that participated in the Sharm el-Sheikh conference for the signing of the agreement to halt the war on Gaza.
He called on Arab countries, especially those targeted by displacement schemes, to take practical and effective action to prevent this dangerous project.
He urged them to work at all political, diplomatic, and legal levels to confront the orientations of this extremist right-wing government.
He also called on them to counter its attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause through projects of displacement and the forced uprooting of our Palestinian people. (PW)
