Hamas Hands Türkiye Official Documents on Israeli Ceasefire Violations
The Movement outlines repeated breaches since 10 October; urges decisive action to end Israeli crimes and humanitarian suffering
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Hamas submitted official documents to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Saturday, detailing extensive Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement announced on 10 October.
The handover took place during a meeting in Istanbul between Fidan and a Hamas Political Bureau delegation led by Khalil al-Hayya, head of the movement in Gaza.
Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry published photos showing the meeting and the handover of documents.
Turkish diplomatic sources said the discussions covered developments related to the ceasefire, humanitarian aid requirements, and field realities — without providing further public details.
“Ceasefire” Under Fire — 250 Palestinians Killed, Rafah Still Closed
Hamas stated that the meeting addressed the latest developments in Gaza and the Palestinian cause, and documented Israeli violations including:
Continued bombardment, killing nearly 250 Palestinians
Israel’s refusal to open the Rafah crossing
Multiple breaches of humanitarian and operational commitments
Hamas stressed that it remains committed to all its obligations, including efforts to locate and deliver the bodies of Israeli captives.
Al-Hayya briefed Fidan on the catastrophic humanitarian situation produced by ongoing Israeli aggression and siege tactics despite the ceasefire, stressing urgent needs for relief, shelter, and winter supplies.
Push for Full Israeli Withdrawal & Palestinian Administrative Roadmap
Al-Hayya reaffirmed:
The necessity of complete Israeli military withdrawal from Gaza
Advancing the plan to establish an independent administrative committee to run the Strip
He emphasized Türkiye’s key role in securing the ceasefire and urged continued efforts to end the humanitarian crisis.
Occupation Crimes Continue in West Bank & Al-Quds
Hamas also presented evidence of escalating Israeli crimes in the West Bank and Al-Quds, including:
Daily attacks on civilians
Assaults on holy sites
Abuse and persecution of prisoners
The movement called for a unified regional and international stance to halt these crimes and end the occupation’s aggression.
Türkiye Prepares Key Meeting on Gaza Ceasefire Path
The meeting came just before a major diplomatic gathering in Istanbul on Monday, following last month’s talks in New York with U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the next phase of the Gaza ceasefire plan.
Turkish FM Fidan described the upcoming summit as crucial, stating that the New York meeting established the foundation for the ceasefire — calling it a “ray of hope.”
The Istanbul talks will address:
Obstacles facing the peace process
Required next steps
Coordination with Western states
Points for ongoing dialogue with Washington
Israel Maintains Siege, Violates Agreement With U.S. Cover
Despite Hamas fulfilling its commitments — including returning remains of Israeli captives — Israel continues:
A suffocating blockade
Daily killing of Palestinians
Restricting aid inflows far below agreed levels
UN and local reports confirm Israel is violating the ceasefire while fabricating excuses to maintain the siege and collective punishment — fully backed by Washington’s political protection.
Washington Complicity Remains Central
While regional actors work to enforce the ceasefire and ease suffering, the United States continues shielding Israel, enabling:
War crimes under “ceasefire” cover
Starvation and siege tactics
Systematic breach of humanitarian provisions
Deliberate sabotage of peace commitments
Hamas’ submission of official documents to Türkiye underscores growing demands for accountability as Israel continues to violate the ceasefire under U.S. protection. With winter approaching and suffering intensifying, pressure on independent nations to act — outside Washington’s dictates — continues to build. (PW)
