From Gaza Massacre to West Bank Annexation: Netanyahu’s Cabinet Unveils Dangerous Plans
The E1 plan severs the West Bank and prevents the creation of a Palestinian state. Israel is moving in direct violation of international consensus and commitments.
Ramallah, West Bank, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Thousands of Palestinians gathered in front of the United Nations office in Ramallah, voicing urgent appeals to halt Israel’s genocidal starvation policies in Gaza and its aggressive push to annex large parts of the occupied West Bank.
Protests Against Genocide and Starvation in Gaza
The demonstrations came after nearly two years of relentless Israeli bombardment and blockade that has turned Gaza into a famine zone, depriving over two million people of food, water, and humanitarian aid.
Palestinian leaders and civil society condemned Israel’s genocidal policies targeting women and children, calling for immediate international action to save lives.

Nabil Abdul Razaq, a Palestinian political activist, said:
“Our message is the voice of humanity. Hundreds are killed every day while the world remains silent. This is a stain of shame. If the UN cannot stop this massacre, then what purpose does it serve?”
U.S. Obstruction and Denial of Palestinian Participation
Anger also rose over Washington’s decision to obstruct visas for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and senior officials, preventing them from attending the UN General Assembly.
Protesters denounced this as another attempt by the U.S. to strip Palestinians of their voice on the global stage while shielding Israeli crimes.
Annexation Plans in the West Bank
At the same time, Israeli ministers accelerated settlement expansion, with Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announcing new construction in Ma’ale Adumim as part of the notorious “E1 Project.”
This plan seeks to connect the settlement to occupied Jerusalem, cutting the West Bank into isolated fragments.
Reports reveal Netanyahu’s government is considering the annexation of up to 60% of the West Bank — a move that would destroy any possibility of a Palestinian state.
Qaddoura Fares, former head of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club, warned:
“The E1 plan severs the West Bank and prevents the creation of a Palestinian state. Israel is moving in direct violation of international consensus and commitments.”
Humanity’s Call: Stop the Occupation
The protests in Ramallah united Palestinian political factions, civil society groups, and ordinary citizens, declaring a single urgent demand:
“Save humanity. Stop the occupation.”
The convergence of starvation in Gaza with annexation in the West Bank reflects Israel’s broader strategy of eradication and dispossession, enabled by U.S. complicity. Palestinians vow to resist, while urging the international community to finally confront Israel’s crimes. (PW)
