Ansarallah Leader: U.S.–Israeli Aggression on Iran Is a War Against Islam — We Must Take a Stand
Sayyed al-Houthi praised Iranian operations targeting Israeli positions and American bases across the region, describing them as a powerful demonstration of resistance
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM — Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi reaffirmed Yemen’s position in support of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Lebanon in the face of ongoing U.S.–Israeli aggression.
Speaking in an address marking International Quds Day, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi said the war against Iran must be understood as a broader assault on the entire region and on the Muslim world.
“We affirmed from the beginning that we consider the American-Israeli aggression targeting Iran as targeting the entire region, and that it is a war against Islam and Muslims.
Therefore we consider ourselves concerned to take a position alongside the Islamic Republic of Iran, and that we are with it against all our enemies. We affirm our stand alongside the Muslim Iranian people and the Islamic Republic and our readiness for all developments in this battle.”
Iranian Operations and Regional Deterrence
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi praised Iranian operations targeting Israeli positions and American bases across the region, describing them as a powerful demonstration of resistance.
He said the steadfastness of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of U.S.–Israeli aggression provides an important lesson for the Muslim Ummah in resilience, preparation, readiness, and the strength of a principled religious and jihad-oriented stance.
According to Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the attack on Iran has absolutely no justification and represents a grave injustice.
He described the aggression as unjust, brutal, criminal, and savage, stressing that the correct position for the Muslim Ummah is to stand firmly against such aggression that targets Iran and the peoples of the entire region.
The Strategic Goal Behind the War
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi explained that, according to American and Israeli statements, the objective of the war is to reshape the region and eliminate Iran as a major Islamic power.
He said the aim is to remove the Islamic Republic as a powerful force protecting the Muslim Ummah and standing as a major obstacle to Western and Zionist domination of the region.
The aggression, he added, is also connected to what he described as the Zionist project of establishing “Greater Israel” and subjugating the peoples of the region.
Iran’s Steadfastness as a Model
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi praised the resilience of the Iranian people and their military response, which he said inflicted significant damage on American bases in the region and on the Israeli enemy.
He said the Islamic Republic’s strength, capabilities, influence, and strategic weight represent a successful and positive model for the entire Ummah in confronting its enemies.
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi also criticized what he described as the negative stance of some regional governments that attempt to shield American bases while portraying retaliatory strikes against those bases as attacks on their own countries.
He said these governments seek to protect American military installations so they can be used to launch aggression from their territories without facing retaliation.
He described it as regrettable that some regimes provide political, logistical, financial, and media support to the enemy while attempting to act as a shield for U.S. military bases against missiles and drones.
Warning Against Escalation and Call to Support the Resistance Fronts
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi warned that the United States and Israel are attempting to drag those governments into direct military participation in the aggression against Iran rather than limiting their role to political and media support.
He added that the enemy is currently facing a clear strategic dilemma.
“The enemies today are in a clear predicament. They are suffering major losses and are unable to achieve their objectives. They are in a state of clear and evident failure.”
Regarding the supporting fronts, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi affirmed the legitimate right of Hizbullah to confront Israeli aggression against Lebanon and violations of its sovereignty.
He called on others to support Hizbullah’s stance rather than blaming it.
He also praised the actions of the Islamic resistance factions in Iraq, describing them as legitimate and honorable positions, particularly as the United States continues to violate Iraqi sovereignty and airspace while carrying out aggression against Iran.
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi noted that the American presence in Iraq remains a form of occupation and a continued violation of the country’s sovereignty at multiple levels. (PW)
