Ali Al-Houthi: Two-State Solution Is a Betrayal of the Palestinian Cause
Senior Yemeni official says the plan recognizes occupied lands for the enemy entity and will not restore Palestinian rights
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Member of the Supreme Political Council Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi affirmed that the two-state solution is a betrayal of the Palestinian cause, as it entails recognition and confiscation of the occupied lands in favor of the enemy entity and will not restore any rights to the Palestinian people.
In a post on social media today, Monday, Al-Houthi said: “The two-state solution will not return the Palestinians’ rights and will not stop the Israeli entity from violating the region and seeking to expand the occupation.”
He called on Saudi Arabia and the Arab and Islamic regimes not to let recognition of the two-state solution become a cosmetic step and a cover for normalization with the Zionist enemy entity.
Sayyed Abdulmalik: Zionist Danger & Call for Ummah Unity
Earlier, in his speech marking the anniversary of the September 21 Revolution, the Leader of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, also addressed the issue of European recognition of Palestine, describing it as merely cosmetic, without real effect in stopping Israel’s crimes.
He concluded with a stark warning about the Zionist project and a call for Muslim unity:
“The enemy has designs on the sanctities of the Ummah; its danger to al-Aqsa extends to Mecca and Medina.”
Sayyed condemned Arab regimes for betraying the Palestinian cause:
“Some of the richest and most powerful Arab countries stand with Israel, conspire against Gaza, Yemen, and Lebanon, and call for disarming the mujahideen.”
And he issued a final call: “Only a serious, practical, united stand against the Israeli enemy will protect the Ummah. Cooperation with the enemy will benefit no one.” (PW)
