Ali al-Houthi Criticizes Arab-Islamic Summit’s Weak Response on Gaza
Mohammed Ali al-Houthi slams Doha summit for producing only repetitive condemnations without decisive action, stresses need to declare Israel a terrorist entity
Yemen, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, expressed his dismay at the weakness and humiliation that dominated the participants of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit.
He stressed that the statements of the Doha Summit confirm the expansion of the Zionist entity, its violations of the law, its terror across the region, and its genocide in Gaza.
Empty Condemnations Not a Solution
In a post on social media on Sunday evening, al-Houthi emphasized that “coming out with boring condemnations, as spoken by the attendees of the Doha summit, will not lead to a sustainable solution nor deter the Zionist entity.”
He added: “What Netanyahu confirms is that there is no immunity in any country, and any resolutions without a declaration that ‘Israel is a terrorist entity’ are not a solution.”
Call for Stronger Measures
On Saturday, prior to the Doha summit, al-Houthi had addressed a message to participants, stressing that
“the strongest stance is to affirm the legitimacy of jihad against the occupier, support the resistance, and declare that ‘Israel is a terrorist entity.’
This alone can restore deterrence, stop violations and abuses, and represent the true support against the genocide in Gaza and the crimes of the enemy in the region.” (PW)
