Abu Ubaida: IOF Besieges Tzenzauker’s Location, He Won’t Return Alive
Al-Qassam announces IOF endangering the life of captive Matan Zangauker amid military encirclement while the soldier’s mother blames Netanyahu for deliberate negligence and political retaliation
Palestine, PUREWILAYAH.COM - Abu Ubaida, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades—the military wing of Hamas—has issued an urgent and direct warning that the Israeli occupation army is surrounding the area where an Israeli captive is being held.
He firmly stated that the soldier will not be returned alive if the military operation to retrieve him continues.
In a post on his Telegram channel titled “Urgent Warning to Whom It May Concern,” Abu Ubaida wrote:
“The occupation forces are besieging a location in which the captive Matan Zangauker is present.
We affirm, categorically, that the enemy will not be able to retrieve him alive.”
Abu Ubaida: Israel Will Be Responsible for the Death of Its Own Soldier
Abu Ubaida further added that the Al-Qassam Brigades have preserved the life of the soldier for one year and eight months, and if he is killed during any attempted rescue, the Israeli army will be solely responsible.
“If this captive is killed during a rescue attempt, it will be the occupation army that is responsible for his death—after we have kept him alive for a year and eight months.”
Matan Zangauker’s Mother: The Most Vocal Among Captive Families
The mother of soldier Matan Zangauker, Einav, is considered the most active and outspoken among the families of Israeli captives and detainees. She has been highly vocal in her opposition to the war and has made several public appearances criticizing the Israeli government.
In a previous protest held in Tel Aviv, Einav directed a blunt and threatening message to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
“If my son comes back in a bag, I will be your nightmare.
Ben Gvir and Smotrich have turned you into a floor rag, and I will turn you into a bathroom rag.”
Einav Accuses Netanyahu of Deliberately Risking the Lives of Captives
Einav has openly accused Prime Minister Netanyahu of planning to retrieve only a limited number of captives while deliberately putting the rest at risk through military pressure. She believes this is a form of personal revenge against her due to her outspoken criticism of the government.
She asserted that the continuation of the war and the delay in reaching a comprehensive prisoner exchange deal is directly endangering her son’s life. Einav holds Netanyahu fully responsible for her son’s fate.
“The continuation of this war, and the stalling of a comprehensive exchange agreement, puts my son’s life at risk.
I hold Netanyahu entirely responsible for his fate.” (PW)
