TEHRAN, November 27 (MNA) – Issuing a statement on Sunday, the Egyptian army reported the crash of a fighter jet during an aerial exercise.The incident occurred due to a technical problem, according to the Egyptian army statement.

The crew was rescued and the crash did not leave any damage, the statement added.

The Egyptian army announced that the investigation into the causes of the incident is underway.
