The Palestinian resistance continued on Sunday confronting heroically the Israeli aggression on Gaza which started two days ago upon assassinating the Islamic Jihad Movement senior military commander, Tayseer Jabari.

In this regard, Al-Quds Brigades announced bombing the Israeli military site Nahhal Oz in eastern Gaza with a number of mortar shells, adding that its rocketry units fired more missiles at Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Beersheba, Palmahim, Netivot, Miftahim and Miflasim. The Palestinian resistance also introduced air defense missiles to the battle against the Israeli aggression, according to media reports. The Israeli occupation acknowledged that around 1000 missiles have been fired from Gaza so far, adding that 16 Israelis were injured as a result.

Meanwhile, the Israeli enemy announced that Palestinian missile fire left four injuries in Ashkelon, adding that a Palestinian missile hit an electric cable supplying 10 settlements and caused power outage. On the other hand, the Israeli warplanes continued striking Gaza, leaving more martyrs and injuries.

The Palestinian health ministry mentioned that the aggression toll has risen to 10 36 martyrs and around 311 injured.

Media reports, on the other hand, mentioned that a ceasefire may take into effect soon, highlighting intensified Egyptian efforts in this regard
