UAE-backed STC uses Russia as a pressure option against Saudi Arabia

On Tuesday, the UAE-affiliated Southern Transitional Council (STC) has used Russia as a pressure option against Saudi policies to earn more gains in the Riyadh Agreement.
The president of Council, Aidroos al-Zubaidi, sent a message to the Russia calling for more Russian intervention in implementation of the Riyadh Agreement in southern Yemen.
According to alkhabar alyemeni news agency, the message was sent to the the Russian government by Ali al-Zamaki, director of STC's foreign relations in Russia.
This move coincided with the Saudi pressure on the Council to implement the political part of the Riyadh Agreement.
