TEHRAN, March 26 (MNA) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei received the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran on Tuesday evening.Earlier on Tuesday, Haniyeh met and held talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

Haniyeh's visit to Iran comes while the United Nations Security Council demanded an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
