TEHRAN, April 16 (MNA) – Iran national Greco-Roman wrestling team became Asia champion with 4 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.Iranian Greco-Roman wrestling team stood on the top podium in Bishkek at the end of the Asian Wrestling Championships in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on Tuesday.

Nine of the ten Iranian wrestlers won medals.

This was the second Asian championship won by Iran in less than a week after the Iranian freestyle team won the title of the 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships on Friday for the sixth time in seven years.
