TEHRAN, April 09 (MNA) – Iran's Foreign Minister called for the expansion of relations and interactions between Iran and Tanzania in all fields.Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held a telephone converstation with Tanzania's foreign minister January Makamba on Tuesday.

In this telephone conversation, Amir-Abdollahian congratulated his Tanzanian counterpart on Eid al-Fitr.

He emphasized the expansion of relations and interactions between the two countries in all fields and holding of the meeting of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran invited his Tanzanian counterpart to visit Tehran to finalize the agreements between the two countries.

Amir-Abdollahian also emphasized the preparation for the necessary planning for the meeting of the presidents of the two countries.

Reffering to the anti-human crimes of the Zionist regime in Palestine, he emphasized the continuation of Iran's efforts to stop the genocide in Gaza.

Tanzania's foreign minister also condemned the attack on the Zionist regime's attack on Iran's embassy in Damascus, and expressed sympathy with the government and people of Iran on behalf of the government and people of Tanzania.
